Zhu Yi focuses on artistic works with narrative, speculative, and immersive experiences, expressing her thoughts and nature exploration through different media and materials such as film, painting, and installation. She uses nature and spirit as creative inspiration to explore the relationships between people, people and the Anthropocene, people and nature, and people and the universe.
She committed to combining interdisciplinary technology and knowledge, especially exploring virtual and extended reality technologies in media digital aesthetics, breaking the limitations of traditional media and combining technology with art to create new visions and more dimensional sense experiences.
朱亿专注于具有叙事性、思辨性与沉浸式体验的艺术作品，通过电影、绘画和装置等不同媒介和材料来表达对自然的思考与探索，以自然与精神为创作灵感，探讨人与人、人与人类世、人与自然、人与宇宙之间的多重关系。她致力于结合跨学科的技术和知识，特别是在媒体数字美学中探索虚拟与拓展现实技术，打破传统媒介的限制并将技术与艺术相结合，创造出全新的视觉和更多维度的感官体验。
朱亿毕业于英国皇家艺术学院，她的作品曾在韩国釜山电影节、西宁FIRST电影节、HiShort!电影节、伦敦safehouse、伦敦indra studios、上海喜马拉雅美术馆、上海西岸艺术中心、刘海粟美术馆等地展出。
